I go to this place regularly, the food is always okay. Ive never had a problem with anything in particular but tonight was a bit different. I had  never encountered such an attentive and responsive waiter as Ethan. He was very friendly, polite, and performed his job with so much joy. He came to check on us every here and then, asked how the food tasted and if we needed anything else. Such a nice guy. Needs to be acknowledged :)

Not that bad . And they’re over all friendly.

They also have a new bartender Damien which I would recommend seeing. I may become a regular now because of his service and knowledge of drinks (having bartender experience myself). 

Place could be a bit cleaner but the managers there seem accommodating and I wish the food was a tad better. 

I’ll visit again soon...

Worst experience for a Applebee's visit ever. I've have visited many Applebee's locations before. My kids steaks came out like hockey pucks. If I had toss them someone would of gotten hurt. The green beans look like they were sitting in the desert. There were no signs of the garlic butter that's supposed to be on them. Food service was OK for the holiday and lack of crowd. Could of been better. The ribs I ordered were bland. They tasted like the cook tossed them on the grill and cooked the hell out of them. Elizabeth was are server and she had a friendly attitude but was overheard talking to others about our complaints. Maybe I came at a bad time or what but if I could of ran out without paying I would have tried. Nobody staff related new of the labor day special that was going on. After paying for my meal the waitress ask me why she didn't receive a tip. Really folks?  I told her that the food wasn't up to quality standards I expect from Applebee's.

We enjoyed our visit to Applebee's today on Texas Ave.. The service was good and the food was wonderful. We had the Oriental Chicken Salads. They were fresh and tasty. We will be back.

Had an awesome lunch at Applebees. The All Brunch Burger was cooked to perfection and tasted very good. The $1 margaritas are worth the visit. The manager Rod Ball was very attentive, professional and attentive. Many thanks to Mr Ball! I will definitely be back again and again.
