One of the few remaining Applebee's in Utah. Not surprised it's in St. George, which gets a lot of California visitors (St. George had the only In-N-Out in Utah for a while). Visitors should be aware, however, that it is in *UTAH*, with all the weird liquor laws that entails. Can't really hold that against the restaurant, since they are just following the law, but it's worth mentioning in case you don't know what that means.
Overall, the restaurant was good. Service was attentive. We never lacked for drink refills. Food was prepared as ordered and served at appropriate temperatures (salad was cold, entrees were hot).  I'm sure it didn't hurt that it wasn't too busy when we went, but in the end, we were full, and really, isn't that point of going to a restaurant?

We loved it! The food was good, but what really set it apart as 5 star was the service. We have 3 boys, and they love to drink and make a mess. Our waitress always seemed to be around whenever we needed something.

I was there yesterday night, while waiting for my food, a couple of rouches were crawling on the wall by our table. When I called the manager he said, “we do live on southern Utah you know” I was like really sir??  I just can’t imagine their kitchen all infested with cockroaches we couldn’t eat the food after seeing that. Disgusting!

Wait time was on a Friday night was about 20 mins to sit. Restaurant was packed. Service was ok... this being based on the fact we were on vacation and was our first time to this Apple Bees. Our server could have cared less about our happiness, he was kind but screwed up several things on our order, and took his time getting from one table to next. This held up several tables food.... about a 45 min wait after we were sat down at table.  The manager is a kind man and was very helpful, I can't say anything negative about his service, good guy. Our kiddos were not happy with kid meals, they came luck warm and poorly made. My husband's and my meal were ok... just the side of potato wedges were lacking in flavor. Appetizer of Spinach dip was great. Would we go here again while on vacation..... only if someone gave us a free family dinner.

Quality of their food is sub standard. Ordered a steak medium rare, it came raw. Literally no heat, it wouldn't even melt the butter on top, the center was ice cold. The meat had a horrible flavor besides being raw. The server took it back, it still came out raw. The servers are sweet and worth coming back to see but the food has a lot to be desired.
