Good service and food, but I feel it is a wee bit pricey! I do love their Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp however, but I wish it came with just a few more potatoes! I am a sucker for red potatoes and these ones are typically cooked to a crisp perfection! There was one time we went that I wasn't as impressed, but the other three times were great! Service is typically good, but note that if your kids play games on the little game pads they charge you. Our waitress didn't tell us until after one of them grabbed it, but she did remove the charge.

We normally love eating at Applebee’s so we called in our order to pick up as we passed through town. The problem: they gave our order to someone else (who’s order was similar to ours). The chicken was over cooked, the fries were salty and cold and the 3-cheese (whatever it was I did not order) was bland. We don’t usually complain but better attention to detail was definitely warranted tonight.

It's about what I expect when I go to an applebee's. The hostess are wonderful although the servers are hit or miss. There have been some that are great (there is this one specific guy I always hope to get) and some of the others just disappear and we have to go to the bar or flag a different person down to get service. We don't eat here a ton so it's hard to say which attitude is more common. It's been about 50/50 chance we get a good server or we end up ignored and forgotten. The last time was the worst we waited for 45 minutes before our order was even taken and there were only two other tables with people at them.

45 and got I'd, state law, sat at Sticky dirty tables, restaurant 1/2 full, ordered drinks and apps waited 15 min for margarita, then all food came at once, wrong sides , everything came cool or warm except my steak, when she came with food we re ordered drinks, and a bottle of red wine with steak.... Nope state law won't allow us to have so much alcohol. If the manager trained staff to follow serving quality standards, dress and grooming, and cook timing and training, instead of State laws we could of had a good meal! Manager said he had to cook, but who schedules cooks, who trains? He wished me a good night and walked away!! Waitress wanted people to stay at a table full of dirty dishes so she wouldn't have to take anymore tables!! excuses by waitress excuses by a manager who wants to be in state law enforcement, people don't get blazzoed at fricken Applebee's!! Get retrained, don't be a slob!

In Cedar City, Ut... Best meal ever!!! Waitress was awesome & accommodating!!!! Wished I could remember her name. This place in Cedar is always the BEST!.. Jeannie McCall St. GEORGE, UT.
