My first time visiting at the Lake Mary location, my experience was NOT the greatest. My server had absolutely a dull dead personality, she didn’t smile once! I did not receive the friendly customer service I expected from this location. I ordered the favorite classic burger which still had the pink meat noticeable! The waitress ordered a new burger and stated that the cook had to remake a new burger! But that is what you should do anyway right? I’ll never come back here again due to the poor customer service, friendliness and the uncooked meat! Although, the manager did ask how was my food which was disgusting.

I was in the mood for some good, grilled fish. The salmon was so good, I ate here two nights in a row.  The second time around, my mashed potatoes were overcooked because they were hard around the top. Must've been microwaved or something. And the grilled veggies taste decent but didn't look too great.

We regularly go in the weekends at night for their appetizer specials. Food is not the best, but I cant say that its the worst either. Good environment on Fridays with live music.

My wife and switched Applebee's. We love the Lake Mary location on 46A. The food was served hot, plated nicely and we enjoyed our server very much. This location stands head and shoulders above the other locations. Good food, clean, good service, reasonable price. What more could you ask for.

The atmosphere is perfect. the food is cooked the way you want it and the service is excellent.they get you what you want in enough time for you to have a great time while you eat. definitely recommend it to anyone. Take out is also good service there.
