Food was fine, typical fare for Applebee's. Placed the order via the online ordering system, however when we got there they had no knowledge of our order.  Showed them the email and they went ahead and prepared the food we ordered for us, but we had to wait another half an hour before it was finally ready.  So an hour after we placed the original order we finally got our food.  Got it back to the hotel room only to find instead of the spinach artichoke dip we ordered we had some kind of spinach artichoke pasta.  Shame on us for not double checking the order I guess.  The servers were great about getting us our food without getting our order from the online service but it sounded like this wasn't the first time this has happened.  Highly recommend calling to double check they got your order before heading over to pick it up if you order online.

My wife and Uncle and myself went here. First off noone agknowledges you when you walk in. You havent a clue who your server is or suppose to be. Entrees were server seperatly by I think from a managment team. Dont let TV commercials fool you about food. The Jack Daniels burger. A joke!!!!  Forget drink refills. But youll sure get your check which I also had to request. By the way Im a formal server and trainer who moved here from Las Vegas,Nev.

This is so far the best Applebees we have been.   We come from Seagoville Tx to this place because the service is always friendly, attentive and professional.     I really recommend this Applebees over any other.

The food is always great and they have super deals on drinks most of the time. I saw an interview of the CEO on CNBC some months ago about how they are putting new state-of the-art wood burning grills/stoves and one can really taste it.
