Good chopped brisket sandwiches. Meat was plenty moist before I added the homemade sauce. Sauce wasn't spicy, was pleasantly vinegary and a little sweet. My kid ordered mac n cheese and green beans. Mac n cheese was okay, not amazing but at least it wasn't Kraft. Green beans were tasty, not too salty and not cooked to mush. This place is where i took my Canadian friend to try Texas barbeque and she loved the chicken.

Would not recommend Rockwall location at all! Terrible experience! Paid way too much!! No atmosphere to speak of and the food was not good either. My wife ordered a salad and did not get. I got sick from the soured mash potatoes! Neither one of us finished our food. And it was hot in the restaurant! Will not go back!!! The one in Terrell, we would recommend.

The BBQ is awesome and the chicken fried steak is unbeatable. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and most importantly the food is outstanding. I eat here 3x/week.

Unfortunately our experience at Cole Mountain was very lackluster. If you like lukewarm, bland, expensive cafeteria food, please come. Golden Corral is way better cafeteria food. If you want better BBQ than a dried out flavourless slab of brisket, go to Intrinsic. It's worth it. We also waited 15 min between the time the first plate came and the second plate came out. I was done eating before my husband got his food. We won't be back.

Went here for lunch recently. Place was packed and I really don't know why. Food was mediocre at best, parking was a joke and service was bad. Paid too much for something that gave me heartburn the rest of the day. GO TO MACK'S BBQ IN FATE INSTEAD!!!!!
