Excellent.. SERVICE FOOD AND ATMOSPHERE. The waitress did a fantastic job. While I was on my phone kept paying attention to banyan needs. As she got busier there was no lack.

Service was better than the food but the food was ok. Our girl, Tara, was friendly and just the right amount of attentive. My maple pecan mashed sweet potatoes were tasty but my steak was overcooked and a bit gristly and fries were old and cold. If you go, ask for Tara.

Terrible service first there was confusion as to where to sit us in the bar or not. We preferred not in the bar because we had kids well they sat us in the bar. Next the waitress took our order for appetizers and dinner after about 30 minutes I asked her about the appetizers and she informed me that it would be right out. 10 minutes later she came back and said she forgot to place the order. I asked her to cancel the appetizers since our dinner order would be probably coming shortly and was assured by the waitress that it would be right out. Well 20 minutes went buy and no food. Finally the manager walked over and stopped at the table next to our table to apologize that the order wasn't placed. After he apologized to the wrong table I got the managers attention and told him that was our table that the order wasn't placed and that we had been waiting for an hour. The manager was completely confused and didn't believe me. We got up and left. Finally ate dinner at Taco Bell the service there was great. Terrible service at Applebee's won't be going back.

Ribs are AMAZING!! I had the full rack with the spicy texas bbq sauce (not too spicy at all), just perfectly DELICIOUS, FALL OFF THE BONE, JUICY GOODNESS!!! MMMMMMM..

Wife's double crunch shrimp was overcooked. Garlic potatoes and Green beans had no garlic flavor. The Cajin shrimp didn't have any Cajin flavor. Basically the meal was very bland and almost flavorless. When we asked for a take home box our server carried the open box in his arm pit. We had to ask for a second box. That was gross. This wasn't typical for this restaurant. I think we should have gone to Chili's instead.
