My granddaughter and I went there for lunch today. We placed our orders and went over to this soft drink counter and the floor was sticky under our shoes I should have known then this was the wrong restaurant.  We waited a long time for order probably 20 minutes. When it came are french fries were bone cold. The hamburgers were pink in the middle. I think this might be a health violation.  I do like my meat somewhat rare so I didn't complain about the meat.  A waitress came by and asked us how we were doing and I told her our meal was awful.  She offered to bring new french fries but she said she knew our meat was hot because it was cook fresh (but pink).  As we were waiting we heard a huge sneeze from behind the counter.  Then my granddaughter noticed a hair in the cold curly french fries.  We left right away didn't finish our meal or wait for the hot fries $16 down the drain.  It couldn't get worse than this. I'm new to the area but I will never go to another Twister restaurant.

My family and I go here a few times a year, and usually it's great. However recently we've found that the quality is slowly going down and the workers are less attentive . Today we ordered 2 whole twister burritos, one green chili chicken, the other carne adovada only to find that they'd switched the chilis around when we got home ! We cut into the green one and found the carne adovada was in it and cut the red one to find the green chili and chicken ! Pay attention to your orders, Twisters !!!!

Came in yesterday and a larger Caucasian male was yelling very loud in the back. I was under the impression he was complaining about my order. I usually love this place, very friendly cashier's and I'm always greeted with smiling familiar faces. However I didn't appreciate being talked about by who seemed to be dressed as a manager. Further more when the cashier asked if my order was correct she was snapped at by this same man. Food and service is always very good but I was very much bothered by this man's behavior.

This location is great! The poor review is for Twisters in general and the fact that they've switched from freshly cooked bacon to precooked bacon. It tastes like bacon bits and rawhide. Just disgusting. Haven't been back since... except for a cup of sweet tea. But I'm sure they'll find a way to screw that up too.

Great burittos but spotty service. Wish they would bring back the numbers. They used to have a number system for their breakfast burrito now you have to pick what you want on it item by item. It was much easier to just order a number 8.
