It seems going during lunch on a weekday is the best time to go here.  Both times during lunch I received excellent service.  I can't say the same about weekends.  We went when they were not busy on a weekend and it was horrible.  First of all, you can't squeeze 6 adults at a table made for 4 people.  Me and another person at my table had only half our body at the table and our elbows were touching the whole time.  People were staring at us. Our waiter tried to make it work but never offered to put two tables side by side to make us comfortable and this could have been easily done.  I would have been more comfortable sitting on the floor and eating.  Embarrassing, embarrassing, embarrassing and I'll never be back.  I would have told the manager but I never saw a manager. My chicken wontons were soggy because  they weren't on the  metal tray.  Please don't come here unless you want horrible service.

Our service was terrible. Food tasted very good but our server was slow to accommodate the most simple requests. Both of our orders were incorrect. Had to wait about 15 mins for mayo for my burger. By the time it came my burger was cold. Don’t bother with this location until they learn basic customer service skills!!!

Ordered one appetizer and they brought the wrong one an hour later not even hot.  I usually like Applebee's but this one experience wasn't good.

Service was great here, food was really good too. I ordered the Mac and cheese with the honey-something chicken fingers... Really good.

So, far so good, just got past my appetizer.  For what it was, I think it took a little long.  But hot, and tasty, awaiting our entrees now.
