Very disappointed in the Tifton, GA Olive Garden. They catered my sister's wedding today 7/3/17. They were supposed to be at the reception hall by 1:45pm to set up for a 2pm wedding. They did not show up until 2:10. By the time they finished setting up and my husband could actually lock the door and hussle across the parking lot HE HAD MISSED THE ENTIRE CEREMONY. Imagine driving 9 hours for an event and then missing it because you were waiting for the caterers to arrive. Sickening!

I won't be coming back to this Olive Garden. First impressions are lasting. And this one will last for a long time with me. My family and I were passing through on Mother's Day. So we decided to dine in at Olive Garden. I checked with the hostess to see what the wait time was for six people. I was told about 10 minutes. I said "Great. My family and I will wait. Do you need me to leave you my name so we will get the table?" The hostess said "No, I will remember you." I then said, "Ok. My family and I will be waiting at the bar." She said "Ok". So about a little over 10 minutes goes by and nothing from the hostess. So I went back to the hostess station and asked, "How much longer?" Not sure if the girl was a hostess or a waitress but she had no clue of what I was talking about. So now I am getting frustrated. 20 minutes go by and still nothing. So I decided to just leave with my family. My mother waited for the hostess and asked "So what happened to our table?" The hostess tells my mother "Sorry, but we gave your table away to another family." "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" I'm thinking to myself when my mother told me what had happened. So word of advice. If you plan on going to this Olive Garden, insist on them taking your name down and giving you that device that beeps when your table is ready. Otherwise, you will have to find another place to eat at with your family.

The food and atmosphere is great. This is a great place to get together for a good time with friends and family.
