Drinks were weak as water. So I tried again a month from my first posting. I ordered steak and baked potato with green beans. She forgot the butter and cheese I asked for. After the first $1 margarita we asked to keep them coming all night. Never got a second. Then we had to ask for utensils, they gave us plastic to go utensils with no explanation and everyone else got silverware. We waited like 20 minutes to pay for our food and she didn't come running until I left out. My date tried to pay on the table machine but the waitress never keyed our order in. People wonder why we don't tip. Then say black people don't tip. I hate that mess because if you do your job you would get a tip easy. You have one job and it's not even to cook the food.

Just... awful. Don't even think about going here. They are consistently understaffed. Worse, they keep this terrible dance music cranked up so loud your waiter/waitress can't hear a word you say. No wonder the orders come out wrong! Worse, the past couple of times I've gone my food has been undercooked (steak) and burned (burger). Maybe if management would try and make the atmosphere a bit less like a nightclub and more like a family restaurant it would get better. But, if you suggest that in person, be prepared to receive stupid looks.

omg i was so angry did a call in order thinking it was the one on Goodman Rd , but when i got there tgey said they didnt have a call in order then they explained that they were not on Goodman because thry sit back off of Goodman Rd, near target. I had to drive 10 mins out the way, abd that was one way to Goodman Rd Horn lake,Ms. so really 20 mins out of the way. So ehen calling in make sure you check to see if you are really ordering from the nearest one to you. I was so angry!!!

Long wait between drinks and taking our order, then delivered appetizer with no silverware, long wait for a waitress, not our waiter, to bring us silverware. Then another wait for main course. The broccoli was so salty it dropped a diss track on TGI Friday’s. This was a Sunday night and not overly busy. Clearly didn’t have their A team on tonight, if they have one.

The hostess is awesome .Service was ok.Food needs work STILL.Was not my idea to eat here my husband decided thats where he wanted to eat,because it wasnt crowded at lunch time (heres ya sign).It needs serious cleaning in there.My grandsons booster seat was so dirty i used a bleach wipe on it.My daughter said the bathroom was filthy.No more chances for this place.
