We stopped here to eat and it took us an hour to get our food. We would have left but we'd already paid. They served the drive through with no problem, but there were at least eight other people waiting just like we were. After they gave us our food, they never once offered anyone any type of compensation for the outrageous wait. I will never eat there again.

You want to know how to nearly shut down a drive through? I can tell you. At least I can tell how to do it at this Popeyes. Order a chicken po'boy. Seriously. It'll cause everyone's brain to come to a complete stop. There is something about the words "chicken po'boy" that causes a total reboot of the Popeyes employee. And to top it off, when you do finally get this mysterious, unheard of po'boy, the rest of your order will be wrong. This by itself wouldn't be so bad if you could talk to someone, anyone, with an attention span longer than that of the common housefly. I don't say that lightly. I've given this restaurant multiple opportunities to get this right and have attempted to place the exact same order with no less than a dozen drive through attendants. There must be something about their process that is so intensive that it disables their ability to hear more than three words in a sequence. This is how my orders go. Drivethrough: (greeting) May I take your order? Me: Yes ma'am/sir. I'd like to get a chicken po'boy, a large... Drivethrough: You said... a... a chicken po'boy? Me: Yes. Drivethrough: Please hold. (30 seconds go by) Drivethrough: Okay. I've got a chicken po'boy. Will that complete your order? Me: Um... no. I'd also like a large unsweet tea and two bis... Drivethrough: You said a coke? Me: No. Unsweet tea. Drivethrough: I got you down for chicken po'boy and a medium sweet teat. Will that be all? Me: NO! A chicken po'boy, a LARGE UNsweet tea, and two biscuits! Drivethrough: Hold on. (30 seconds later) Drivethrough: Alright. Pull around to the first window. (At window) Drivethough: You had the shrimp po'boy, coke, and a biscuit? Me: Forget it. (driving off) This is representative of my experience, no kidding, around ten times IN A ROW at this Popeyes. I don't know what the problem is, but management needs to be paying a lot closer attention to the service going on and should invest a heck of a lot more time training these people to two things. Shut up, and listen to the customer. Those two things are the key to fixing nearly everything wrong with this branch, just not running your mouth and listening to the customer. Apparently, though, that's too much to ask.

Terrible experience, order a spicy tender meal, asked to pull forward and after 15 minutes called inside to ask about order. An employee told me the order was almost ready and would be out soon. I waited another 10 minutes only to have the employee come to car and say we don't have any spicy tenders, do you want regular tenders? I asked for refund and was treated with an I don't care attitude. No apology, no comp card like I've received in past for a long wait, I took my business to Zaxbys that day.
