Our party was seated quickly only to wait for 20 minutes for a server to take our drink order. Followed by another 15 minutes for our drinks to actually be brought to our table. The service completely sucked! The food took 30 minutes to be cooked and all we ordered was appetizers. I seriously doubt I will be returning to this location again.

Good and quick services. The food was good and fresh. The burgers have improved ordered the Whisky Bacon Burgrer 😋. My nephew even enjoyed his chicken tenders, yes it was real chicken. WARNING stay away from the Alcoholic drinks ordered the Long Island nothing but mixer no alcohol.

My son decided he wanted Applesbee's before heading to a play date, needless to say it was a terrible choice. We waited 10 minutes to be seated only to he taken to a table, then told to wait while the hostess wiped it down. After waiting another seven minutes we ordered the entire meal so there would not be a need for more "waiting". We waited another 10-15 for the appetizer; during which time the bartender takes a call on her cell via speakerphone, goes outside to deliver Curbside all while chatting on speaker. A Manager goes out behind her and says that's what "blank" got fired for "now get off the phone". And do you have my keys? The bartender responded in the negative but completed her phone call. We received our food within five minutes of the appetizer a total waste since it was so close together. I requested the check so we could leave as soon as we were finished, but again we waited. During this time a party of three women seated at the bar, and one began to swear as her male counterpart approached them, all with not only my child present but several others in the restaurant. Not the bartender nor a manager approached them to say "knock it off". After waiting for the check I paid the bill vowing Never to return to that location ever!

Meredith is by far the worst Manager I have experienced by far. My friends and I planned on having a birthday dinner where one of us flew in from out of town and she made this event awful. We waited atleast 30 minutes for WATERS. Another 30 minutes for appetizers and AN HOUR for our meal. We watched how everyone around us was sat, served and checked out as we waited with no service. After waiting so long we all had to take to-gos and asked to speak to the Manager, Meredith. She was rude and offered us $5 off our tab. THIS WAS BEYONG INSULTING. I feel like we were discriminated against because we were a younger crowd and our complaint was not of importance because of our age/appearance. If you are not a family please do not go here. THEY DO NOT TEND TO MID 20 year olds.

Fresh food, hot and tasty salmon and grilled veggies with sweet potato fries for lunch. Excellent attentive staff. Clean restroom. (Drink note: I didn't have an alcoholic drink today but I have at this location recently and it was nice and strong.)
