Sunday afternoon 8/13/17 I walked in and was greeted by a hostess. She tried to seat me in the bar area which was very cold and asked if she had a table in the main dining area. She didn't say a word as she turned around with a bit of an attitude and pretty much directed me to sit at a table just inside the isle entrance. She didn't ask if this would be OK. There very few customers there at the time which should have been a clue. I waited and waited and waited but no waitress. Finally, I got up and went to the restroom and walked on out. Got news for ya Chili's - you ain't that special in the first place, let alone to keep a customer like me who expects decent service, good food, at a fair price waiting like that.

Waited 15 minutes to be greeted with my kids. I got looked at, but no acknowledgement. I think the computers at the table gave me more attention than the staff. Left without any conversation and went across the street to O'Charleys. Got greeted immediately and already have drinks. Never going to Chili's in Austell again.

Awesome food Awesome service. Traci was great we had a party of 15 the service was fast but the food was hot and the orders correct. Go Chili's.

Service was extremely slow! Ordered the Skillet Queso, she brings out Chips and Salsa, and tells us the Skillet Queso should be right out. 10 minutes later the Skillet Queso comes out, and was barely luke warm. The Main course was pretty good.

I Love Chilis! Our waitress was right on point, and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back!
