Good food. Great service. We have a family of six and our waiter was very kind to get the kids orders in quickly. The kids meals came out first. While mom's and dad's meal came out later, our waiter was gracious enough to bring out a complimentary side for the kids to munch on while we ate our meal. Very thoughtful and generous. Would highly recommend for families.

Service was extremely slow today during the lunch "rush". It took several minutes before they realized our group was waiting to be seated. Food took almost 45 minutes to come out, and our server wasn't terribly attentive to us. The food was good, though, so it wasn't a bad time at least once it came out

Kind of a long wait on Friday night's but Alex was great and so was the food.

My server was prompt and courteous, my steak was just a bit under cooked from what I asked for,  but still delicious! The atmosphere was pleasant, they were busy but that didn't seem to slow them down on the floor, or in the kitchen.

First time at the Ephrata location went in hour before closing. Sat at the bar with full kitchen availability. Also had a coupon for a free appetizer but forgot it was for a different Applebee's, they still honored it.  Oh yea and dollar margaritas aka Dollaritas.
