We went there for Halloween this 2017. The staff was fairly friendly and helpful, but the food looks nothing like the menu. My ribs were dry, and my son got the 8 oz. sirloin, but I don't think it was 8. The kitchen needs to up its quality. For example, my daughter ordered the kid shrimp which was cooked fine, but the breading was hard like a rock. Also, the applesauce she got with her meal was one of those "go-go squeeze" versions. It's not that difficult to serve applesauce in a bowl, maybe with a little cinnamon and brown sugar sprinkled on the top. I will most likely dine there again, but I will probably wait awhile before I do to give them a chance to improve.

Restaurant is good/average/okay. This addresses what Applebee's putting at the bottom of check showing suggested tips. They "start" at 18%. First, the company should pay their an employee a wage that is enough that a "normal" tip is appreciated. Second, without a rating system to go with that "suggested" tip, suggestions are useless. On our visit, food, atmosphere, cleanliness, environment, all good. Service? Sorry, not on the day we were there!

Fiesta Lime Chicken entree (I believe that's what it was called, was on the 2 for 20) was good. Rice was bland but the chicken was great. $1 Margaritas promo was awesome! Service was pretty good. A lot of quality TV's available to watch your favorite game including from booths.

Revisited there today and was a pleasant experience! Manager fixed a mistake I didn't even bring to their attention. Good service

I have been coming here for a few years with my hubby and every time we sit at the bar. When we get Kaylea we are super satisfied. Her drinks are the best and she creates such a fun atmosphere! I try to go only when she is there. The food is always on point and served in a timely manner. The place is very neat and clean. Absolutely my favorite place to be on any night of the week.
