Had the 2 for $20. Everything was prepared correctly and tasted good. The service was even better. I recommend the flavored tea. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely the worst service today. We arrived to an empty lobby and were told the kitchen was backed up so we needed to wait in the lobby 5 min. We asked if we could sit at a table in the bar and were instructed NO, it's not a matter of a table (the kitchen is backed up) multiple people came in after us and I asked again (the 5 min had past) if we were able to sit at one of the open bar tables. Again we were denied, immediately followed by her co-worker seating another party who arrived after we had . I asked again and was denied yet again followed by another party being called up to be seated.. i inquired as to why others were being seated simultaneously yo us being denied seating and the young lady looked at me with the same blank stare as she had every time I questioned being seated with no solution. My husband spoke with the manager in hopes to give her the opportunity to educate staff about communication and customer service.. We food not receive any type of service from Applebees and left to have dinner elsewhere.

Claudia greeted us immediately with a warm smile and sat us to our table. Kelsey was our server with another gal whom she was training, both were super friendly and professional. I used the little machine to order my food instantly without disturbing my waiter. Got my food quickly which was made correctly expect I pushed the wrong button for mash potatoes and Kelsey immediately corrected my mistake without hassle. Love this crew and a big shout out to the Chef on duty today, it was delicious!! Keep it up, highly recommend coming here

The only reason for any stars is that the food was good. We sat in the bar. Service was beyond slow. Took forever to order the drinks and the beers didn't come for at least 15 minutes and the cocktails about 10 minutes later. All but had to trip her to put in our food order. Overall, dinner took twice as long as usual.

Went on Friday the 13th it was packed. We had a great server in the bar.. Food was out in good time and all our orders were correct....
