Horrible service and food. 
The lady at the register acted bothered and annoyed by our questions a out the menu. When the pad noodles and chicken came out, it looked like something that was scooped out of a dog can. The chicken was sloppy breaded and I'm not even sure it was chicken.  It didn't taste like it.  My wife and I got about 1/3 of the way through the meal, then threw it out and walked out.  Was terrible.  Go to panda up the street if u want decent fast Asian food.

I called in my order.  When I arrived the young woman said she thought I hung up so she didn't put my order in.  She had repeated the order and told me how long.  I said I'm here in the parking lot now.  Thank you.  I went in after the 15 min and no order had been placed.  Supposedly my order was going to be next but after waiting for another 20 min watching people come in, order and go out with their food, I went back up.  The same young woman said sarcastically that she was not the cook, she was just waiting as the food came up. . Doesn't belong in any customer service position.  Never going back to my neighborhood store where I used to go a couple times a month.  I can't support such rude people.  She turned to her co-worker to talk about me.  Is this high school?

Love Asian cuisine anyhow, but Pick Up Stix always has great food and great service. Try the Sweet and Sour Chicken.

The remodel is nice, service is really good, but the prices are still a bit steep for the amount of food you get. Wont keep me from eating there now and again though!
