We’ve been here three times already and the service is pretty good. Despite having awfully slow service 2 weeks ago, the staff paid much more close attention to us on the 2 visits after. The food was served nice and warm, and paying the bill was very convenient, too. I recommend to visit this grill on Tuesdays if you have your whole family out. The kids’ meals are $1 each and my whole family was very satisfied at the end.

Service was horrible. Never had anything so slow. Food came and we waited a few extra minutes for silverware. We have burgers dripping and we asked for more napkins and we're each given one extra napkin. Maybe they could afford extra napkins if the service was better. We went early the place was empty and we saw at least four waitresses. I put my red light on to call my waitress and another waitress passed and saw it and did not stop. Saw the manager for about ten minutes standing behind the bar talking. Maybe he should circulate. Terrible experience.

Very good experience.... food was delicious... excellent service.... Thank you Monica....at the time we were there (around 10pm) it wasn't that crowded but in matter of minutes people stormed in... everything was under control and even with more customers in, the ambience and service didn't change for myself or others.

Dined outside for once. Our server was polite and accommodating. The food was what anyone could expect from an Applebee's franchise. The service was top notch. I only have one complaint, employees should chose another place to take a cigarette break instead of smoking in the outdoor dining area.

So happy Applebee's was open the day before Hurricane Irma! All the employees were very friendly and telling us to stay safe! Our server, Jordan, was excellent! She was on top of everything and very pleasant! Our food was yummy!!
