I just got home after going through the drive thru. I ordered two orders of the chicken strips and other stuff.  They had me pull up and wait 10 min for the chicken.  I'm now home and guess what I didn't get one of my orders of chicken strips. I've tried to call them to let then know and no one will even answer the phone.

Horrible service. Come here only because it is convenient.  I have found that all the Casper Company McDonald's have horrid customer service.   But since they cover most of Tampa, we have little choice. Really sad.

Neat mcd for breakfast.😨 and see neat cars occasionally. Mcd at dmbrys are good to go to.

Very disappointed in the entire area around the entrance. Absolutely filthy!! I frequently stop in here and have never seen it look this bad. Spilled milk all over the trash can, floor. doormat and into area without protection. Someone made a half ass attempt to clean it up & then leaned the dirty mop against the wall!!  I'm disabled and in a total leg brace, I got my frappe and left. Whoever is the shift manager nerds to pay attention

This location is poorly managed, pure and simple. The manager is nowhere to be found. 

The place is filthy. Orders take entirely too long in the dining room. Automated service orders were entirely ignored by the staff. Off-duty workers can be seen coming in and chit-chatting without regard to waiting guests.

All the more reason to automate.
