We've lived in the area for a long time and been in this Applebee's many times.  There have been both good and not as good visits, but this one made up for a lot of the lesser ones.  The food was very good, and the service was prompt. Would have been a 5 except for a minor mistake on the order.
8/26 update: first impressions have a lot to do with the experience. The host really should have shaved and combed his hair. Just didn't look clean, and so we're sitting here hoping the food makes up for it.

The food was decent but the sweet tea was way too sweet. I has ribs as well & the ribs didn't have very much meat on them. Also what's up with no baked potato, Mr. Applebee's?  That's just un American.

Microwaved food done badly. Also, you get a nice side appetizer of CNN fake news on 25% of the tv screens while you wait for hospital food. Don't know if this is an Applebee's franchise thing or just this one location. Regardless, go for fast food. It's cheaper and on the same level.

Well when we came in we had management passed the table and not acknowledge our presence.....can you not see a family of 2 toddlers & one baby and two adults...are you blind? The waitress looked at us and kept drinking her Sundrop.....SMH...calling corporate you mad disrespectful for that 👌🏾
