Great servers.  Krystal is an awesome server.  Very attentive.  Waited on me very good.  I recommend if you go to Applbee's in plaza Bonita to be seen by her.  She's awesome.

My husband  and I were here for lunch today. The server Krystal seemed new at her job. She greeted us appropriately, took our drink and food order. She moved on to another table, not turning in our order in a timely manner which led to a delay in delivering our drinks, and subsequently the appetizers and entree. All tables surrounding us, all of whom arrived and ordered after us, received their food ahead of us, minimally four tables! Krystal delivered only the drinks, all other food was delivered by other servers and an assistant manager. We have frequented this location for years and are more than disappointed by today's visit. The service for us today was of the lowest quality today...☹

I like this place but I think I can get to love it as soon as they at least one order right ..everyone I come the servers are great but food sometimes sucks..they had to replace my mac and cheese

By the time we got our order, 25 minutes in, my food was cold. I was hungry so I started eating just to find out that my $12 burger that I ordered well done was practically bloody ( the waitress even showed me that she wrote no pink on the ticket).  She took it back to have them cook it more thoroughly which took another 15 minutes. By the time I got it back my wife was done with her meal so I got to eat by myself.  Unfortunately I can't remember her name but the waitress was as friendly as can be. I would have expected her to discount our bill a little for all this but it didn't happen. Doubtful on whether or not we will return to this restaurant that is only a couple blocks from our house!   : (

We very much enjoyed our lunch at Applebee's.  The sizes of the meals were just right and although kind of busy, was quickly taken care of.  Not much for eating out but will likely consider this place first.....
