I have a bunch of food intolerances which make it hard to eat out. My husband and I stayed at the Ritz for our anniversary and went to the restaurant to see if they could accommodate me. From the hostess to the waiter to the chef they were so helpful and didn't make me feel bad at all. The chef made me a meal specific to my allergies and it was delicious. We were both very happy with our food, the service, and atmosphere in general (live music) and would definitely go back.

We are locals and try to go either Fri or Sat night when they have live music. But that aside, the food is AMAZING. We have taken loads of people there and no one has been disappointed ever. The burger is off the charts. The scallops are fantastic. And believe it or not, they have a gluten free pita bread that is so delicious, many people prefer it to regular bread. They are extremely accommodating for substitutions as well (like for example, having half sweet potato and half regular fries). Love that they use organic/locally sources when possible. That's what brought us there to start, but the quality of the food and the ambience kept us there.

Decent food, phenomenal service staff, management of the restaurant can use some better planning. Here where stuff (not staff) can improve super slow kitchen, greeting staff must be trained to engage people very fast and not let them linger, always face incoming traffic and not be positioned back towards people walking up.  Did I mention that the staf is phenomenal?
