I have usually had pretty good dental experiences. Few months ago I went in for routine type stuff at the office I was using at the time. I found out there was a new dentist. Not being scared- I let her do some work she suggested. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I got a recommendation for Dr. Bastic and called (in tears) and made and appointment. I made a few more appointments to follow so he could try to help me. This kind man listened to everything that was going on (tears and all) and had happened with my situation. He really seemed to care and be concerned about me as a patient, but also a person!! I also think he REALLY knows teeth!! I talked with a couple staff members and they were all nice. I saw Shelly the most and she was very nice and caring. I am honestly grateful I came across such nice people that are willing to help me out...and also my family.

After 40 years with a different dentist, it was time to find a new place for my dental care.  I was referred by a friend to Dr. Bob.  I have to say that after my first trip to him and his staff that I could not be happier with their service.  I am now happy to say that I have a new dental practice taking care of me.  I have recommended them to family members and feel that anyone else would enjoy using them for dental services as well.  Dennis

I recently had to have a tooth pulled.  I had a bad experience when I was a kid and had to have a tooth pulled, so I was really nervous this time, but it couldn't have gone smoother.  Both Dr. Bastic and his assistant were very considerate and there was no pain whatsoever during the extraction or after either.  Healing afterwards went very smoothly and quickly.

I switched to Dr. Bob several years ago and find "going to the dentist" a better experience.   The staff is so friendly, Dr. Bob is always so friendly 
and my dental needs are taken care of with the utmost care.

I have been a client with Dr. Bob since 1987. He is an incredible dentist and his staff is first class. They are always more than willing to try to accommodate your requirements and address urgent care needs. I highly recommend this practice!
