Erin and Dr. C where very good and through. They definitely deserve extra compensation to ensure that they stay on staff. We have been coming to this office for almost three years. Always great to come back. Can not wait to comeback in a few months.

Erin cleaned my teeth and didn't judge, very thorough and pleasant. Doc came in and did the same, very pleased with results so far. I recommended my wife, and now she is going too.

I've come three times and every time they have been 30-45 minutes late. It is so frustrating to sit and anticipate a filling for 45 minutes. The hygienists are all very new and I understand that, but the dentist works so slowly I can't handle coming back.

I was in the market for a dentist that was in my insurance local provider in my area and found Forward Dental of Appleton, WI. I called the office and they got me see the dentist in a couple of days as they emailed me all the needed paper work so I could do it at home and brought it in on my appointment date. My wait time to see the Dr. was about ten minutes! I had my teeth X-rayed and cleaned and next appointment set up all within an hour! The staff was very courteous and professional as was Dr. Choi!! Dr. Choi explained clearly about my teeth and the needed routine direction for my next visit! I'm very pleased with Dr. Choi and her staff!! I would recommend Forward Dental who is in need of a good dentist and staff!!

I love this dental clinic!! The procedures are easy to manage and the billing is easy to understand!
