Despite a slight miscommunication and moment of disagreement where we didn't quite see eye-to-eye, I found the storage unit clean and David to be generally fastidious and detail-oriented.

Dave is prompt and professional. The unit and areas around it were clean. Security deposit was returned within a couple of days after turning in my key. I would recommend AppleWood Self Storage to anyone. We used the Dairy Dr location during our move and it worked out perfectly. -Isaac

I had a wonderful experience with Applewood Storage. Last year I had moved to Madison and the original storage company I was going to use, accidentally gave away my storage unit. They referred me to Applewood Storage and Dave the owner, worked somethings out and got me into a storage unit the day before the arrival of the the transportation company dropped off my stuff. Dave was very kind, has a wonderful sense of humor and made me feel welcomed to my the city of Madison. Dave runs a top notch operation. The facility is clean and safe and was easily accessible from my apartment and my job.

I highly recommend this facility! The owner was professional and very sweet! He truly has your best interest at heart. I felt my belongings were always safe in a clean environment.

We have never used a storage facility before, much less in a new city with no previous knowledge of the area. We called Applewood and we were immediately at ease. It was almost as if he decided to take care of us. He worked with us on the size and actually was there the day the moving van showed up. I have always felt that my processions were safe and secure.
