I rented the perfect size storage room for a full year after I sold my condo and rented an apartment for a year. I chose the climate controlled space and all my items were in perfect condition one year later. Kurt the owner is absolutely wonderful. Very professional and keeps his properties very clean and orderly. Always very helpful and quick to respond if you need anything. I would definitely recommend renting a spot at West Town Self Storage.

Kurt was great to work with. Any changes coming up, updates, issues with billing, moving-in and moving-out - he provided the exact information you needed and almost always within one day. I used the climate controlled storage for nearly 4 months and was very pleased with the security provided, the cleanliness of facility, and ease of access for move-in, move-out, and any in between visits.

Kurt is the absolute best person to rent from! He's so caring and understanding. The storage unit I rented was perfect for what I needed it for. I would definitely recommend renting from West Towne Self Storage or any other rental units that he has!

We had a wonderful experience with the storage unit. It was perfect for storing items from my folks house. We had to move out in a hurry and this was a perfect solution. The units are clean and well maintained and Kurt was so great to work with, very helpful and kind. Thank you!

The storage space I rented out was nice and perfect size. Had half my apartment in the storage and it was one of the cheaper ones. As for Kurt he was extremely helpful and top notch. Called him the day of and within an hour had the keys and storage in my name!
