Recently had an issue with an appliance.  Scott in the service department and Brian (tech that came out) were great to work with, fair, and fixed the problem!  Appreciate the local company and willingness to help customers out.

Appliance discounters and the owner John Bradley and his store manager Jim were absolutely great on service. I recommend this store to anyone who wants quality appliances and great follow up service. I has a slight problem with my new GE Cafe refrigerator and they were able to fix this promptly and even went out of their way to help me with the warranty company. Great company an best prices!!

Horrible experience! Bought all new appliances from them. Fridge makes intermittent noise And has since just after installation, installer forgot to put kick plate at dishwasher on; He called several times when he was in my area to install but I would obviously always be at work and not available, dishwasher quit after 14 months and of course is out of warranty despite the 5 year sticker that is on it but the real kicker is I never got paperwork for my $400 rebate. Several calls were made after purchase asking for the paperwork but I never received.

Great experience. Keith was my salesperson was very helpful and courteous. Delivery was on time. Quick and professional. Would highly recommend.
