Very pleased with the knowledge of James regarding appliances. Purchased a dryer and then was offered a coupon regarding mattress/box spring.. Got our dryer for almost half price when we purchased a very comfortable  bed set. They even price matched the competition. Nicole was also very helpful. Many years ago, I was in the appliance business where customer service was prevalent. It still exists at the Greeley store. Cheers!!

When we purchased our stove and refrigerator a few months ago it was a great experience.   Jim was very helpful and friendly.   There was a few issues getting exactly what we needed and wanted but Jim got us what we wanted.   He did promise us an extra 3 year warranty. When I called to ask about it a few months later they said Jim no longer works there and they would not honor the warranty.   I also asked about a part that was missing but the person I spoke to just said that the company it was made by may have taken it out and the appliance was sold as is.  This person was rude and not helpful at all.   You could tell he didn't care if we shopped there or not.  Because the first experience with Jim was great we were planning to purchase a new bed and dishwasher from there but we will look somewhere else now.  I would not be surprised if their customer service changes.

Dave and the crew here at this store do an excellent job.  I had a special order item that they went above and beyond to pick the item up from Denver and bring it to the store so that I could get it promptly.  Exceptional service!

Glad to have found this place to purchase our new refrigerator.   Pricing was just over 15% less than the competition.  Nicole Wilson was extremely helpful and patient with us to make the right choice.  Every aspect of our transaction from initial visit to delivery was as good as it gets.  Thanks again for your help!

Went in today to look at a dishwasher. James was AWESOME!!!! He answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable with all the appliances. It was a low pressure sale and we actually purchased a new dishwasher and range. All around great experience and will refer anyone to them and James in the future.  Thank you James for all your help.
