I dropped off my dress coat with no damage and when I picked it up there was a hole in the sleeve. The manager and owner will not call me back. They have had my coat since April 2015 and it is now September 2015. The manager had an employee call me back and tell me to come pick up my jacket and that the damage is "normal wear and tear." I have reported them to the BBB. Do not waste your time or money here. UPDATE I called back and finally spoke with the manager Emily who said the damage is normal wear and tear. Even though when I dropped off my coat there was nothing wrong with it this was still her answer. When I asked her why she did not return my phone calls she said she did not get the message. So all of her kind and helpful employees I have spoke with on the phone over the past few weeks ignore giving their manager messages. I don't believe that. Emily just found a scapegoat. Emily said she can have her seamstress look at it again and if they are able to do any repairs (which I was told before they would not) I will have to pay for it. I will be picking up my damaged coat today which will most likely need to be thrown away.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I walked into Nu-Way Cleaners to get some dry-cleaning done. I chose them because of a 10% coupon I received in the mail. Never used them before, so it seemed like a good time to try. I couldn't have been more wrong! I dropped off 4 ordinary button-down dress shirts and 2 pair of khaki pants. When I came to pick them up, the lady gave me the price of $48. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! There were no special instructions, no alterations needed, just simple dry-cleaning for 6 pieces of laundry. That equates to $8 per item. Where I previously lived you could get perfect dry-cleaning for $1.50 per item. It just doesn't make sense. There must be some shady activity going on here. Perhaps an employee is up-charging certain customers and keeping the profit. Either way, I will NEVER again be the victim of this robbery. Unless you have an extra arm & leg to spare...avoid this place at all cost. Don't make the same mistake I did.

If you, your store hours say that you open at 8am, then you should be open at 8 am. This is the 2nd Saturday in a row when I have had to wait for you to open.
