Appliance Factory & Mattress Kingdom is Colorado’s largest independently owned appliance retailer and the 28th Largest Appliance Dealer in the Nation. CEO Chuck Ewing started the company in 1986 from his garage and grew it into 16 locations throughout Colorado by carving a niche in a market typically held by big-box retailers. Our strategic partnership with Brand Source Appliance Service & Repair allows us to readily provide reliable, quality appliance service with the same focus on value we apply to our retail services.

We've worked with this company three times (for a fridge, dishwasher, and garbage disposal). The salesmen are always great, and the first two installations went really smoothly... but as a heads-up, be sure to triple check with both the salesman and the installation scheduler about your address and phone number, because the computer system doesn't always transfer it over to the installer like it should! That ended up causing us some grief the third time we worked with them, but they were very apologetic and worked hard to make it right, which was very appreciated!

Outstanding customer service all the way to my doorstep! Rarely do I write reviews but I can't say enough about the staff at Appliance Factory in Boulder. Twice they've helped me track down non-standard sized appliances to fit the curious dimensions of my apartment. A process which, before finding them, had me pulling my hair out. 

Richard, the store manager, began his career as a repairman with them and has been there ever since. His product knowledge is impeccable!  He immediately knew what I was looking for and was able to find a Whirlpool refrigerator which wasn't even listed in their inventory - it had been part of a bulk order for an apartment complex which was never completed.

I've also used them to order parts and repair services.  Everyone I've dealt with from phone rep., to servicing, to delivery/installation has been amazing. Over the years I've seen plenty of careless movers - not these guys! 

Not to mention, they also offer killer deals on "damaged" new appliances. 5 years ago, they knocked several hundred dollars off the Washer/Dryer I was looking for because it had a small dent (in the side, which isn't even visible!). When it comes to appliances, they'll win my business every time. I can't recommend them enough!! - very happy customer

We've had an excellent experience with Appliance Factory Outlet in Boulder from start to finish. Rich and Brian found us absolutely killer deals on a high-end slide-in range, a wow-factor island hood, a beautiful refrigerator, a top notch dishwasher, and high efficiency washer and dryer. Overall we got 50-75% off retail prices and, being over budget on our home remodel, the huge cost savings really saved the day. The appliances were held until we were ready for them and then they were delivered on time as promised. The appliances are beautiful and durable. Rich, Brian, and Walter provided excellent customer service and didn't "forget about us" after the sale was made. This business is run with integrity and our needs were heard and taken care of time and again. This is the only place I will shop for appliances.

I needed a new fridge in a weirdly shaped kitchen, and Richard was amazingly helpful.  He walked me through getting all of the measurements I needed, and figuring out what models would fit through my door and around the island.  On delivery day, he was on the phone helping out during the whole install, just to make sure everything went smoothly.  Thanks!  Can't recommend highly enough!
