I actually wonder if they ever really deliver furniture or if this is just a showroom. Ordered 2 items, one got backordered and was supposed to come in 3 months after we ordered, so we cancelled that. The other was supposed to be ready a week after we ordered. Over a month later, it was still "coming from the warehouse". They could not give me an ETA. Cancelled that order too. So I wouldn't bother looking at their nice furniture ... unless you want to wait / be frustrated for months.

We bought a beautiful tv cabinet, it was back ordered for two months but WELL WORTH the wait! Every step of the way the sales people were helpful

Bought 2 sofas that cost around $9,000. They did not look anything like the ones in showroom or other friends who have same thing. They acted as if they were doing me a huge favor to not charging me a restocking fee but insisted that I pay for delivery of an exchange. I do not feel that I should have to spend more money to get what I ordered. They were so accommodating when I was buying them but when I called our sales rep and their "concierge service, their attitude was not helpful. I will need to buy furniture for my new house but I will never step foot inside another Arhaus again.

This company is a nightmare to deal with from the moment you're ready to have your furniture delivered and everything after. If you're at all concerned about this, stop reading now and just go to another furniture store. There are plenty, less expensive and better customer service (with equal quality) stores out there. $11,000 worth of custom furniture ordered back in April 2016. Furniture was delivered and the delivery company had no idea how to install our kitchen table top to the base. (Which we later came to find out was as simple as screwing in nails....more to come on that). It took approximately 15 calls to either the store, corporate customer service and their 3rd party delivery company....which was a week and a half after the furniture was delivered...I was told it would be 2.5 *additional* weeks to get a tech out to install the table top to the base. Unacceptable. Fast forward to additional calls to customer service to let them know that we weren't ok with this, they then expedited a tech to come the next day between 12-2pm. All along, I was told not to screw the nails in myself as there was a special way to install it and it would void the warranty. Assembly day. I work from home and had cleared my call schedule between 12-2pm. 10:15am here come the guys....smack in the middle of a conference call that I had to drop off of. I was livid at this point. The guys...as suspected....screwed in the nails with no special process. Something we could have done ourselves 2 weeks ago when the table was delivered. The kicker? The table isn't level. It's got about a 1/2" gap that we had to fill with shims to level it. For a table costing $2000, this is unacceptable. On to the next adventure. They've ordered another table for us (So far we have been waiting 3 months....it was reordered in July and it's now October) and questionable on whether or not that one will be level. The District Manager ensured me that he would show up for the next delivery and assembly, given the nightmare we've had with this company. We'll see if that actually happens. Just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Please.

Beautiful Store! The furniture is gorgeous and the staff was extremely helpful. I'm always greeted warmly and helped whether my regular sales associate is there or not.
