OMG! Large corporation, all customer service calls are outsourced to, I believe the Philipines. They do not seem to know what they are doing. Only thing they do well, is ask for your name, and address. You ask a question, and they ask to put you on hold, then they come back and say they cannot fix your problem. I need to find out if there is another Oxygen company in my area that takes Medicare. Had a wonderful company in New Bedford,, MA, but they lost the contract for Medicare to this company. I will say that the man who delivered our equipment was professional, and explained everything well. Wish their customer service had people like him manning the phones.

Wish I had read the reviews before getting involved with Apria. Everything negative people said is true. If I could give them a negative 5, I would. Horrible customer service on the phone after waiting forever to get through, terrible bookkeeping. They bill late, apply payments wrong and are trying to get me to pay for charges they need to get from the insurance company(this is illegal). I've hated every minute of dealing with them. I don't have the cpap machine anymore because I changed insurance but I'm stuck paying for the 3 months It took them to tell me the new insurance didn't have a contract with them. Terrible terrible company.

Their customer service is as bad as it gets. I called them in July to issue a stop of automatic supply deliveries but they delivered the supplies anyway. When I called again to state that I wanted them to stop delivery, they said we don't have a record of the phone. and they don't accept returns after one month of receipt. Their customer service representatives are very rude and talk over you. I feel like I am in a 4th world country if such a thing exists. Not sure how this company made it that big.

This company has the worst customer service ever! Run do not walk! I spoke with two reps who had no understanding of the difference between durable equipment and supplies regarding my cpap machine. Your call can not be routed to anyone in the United States. No thank you.

If I could give them zero stars I would! My daughter's physician ordered a suction machine to be delivered to our home. The order was received in their office at 10 am. The machine, which was urgently needed, was not delivered until the next day. I called three times on the day it was ordered and spoke to three different people in the PHILIPPINES! The representatives were honest enough to tell me the truth when I asked them if they were in American. Apria's call center is out sourced to a third world country where these people, if lucky, make 2 American dollars a day. Shame on Tricare for doing business with such a company. My husband served in the US Navy for over 25 years, on active duty, and we have to deal with the bottom of the barrel for health care issues, because the companies they work with are the cheapest. There are plenty of American's that need jobs! Shame on you APRIA!
