It has taken several weeks to acquire my cpap machine. Supplies were mailed over a month ago without cpap machine. I have spoken to several individuals regarding this issue and nothing is being resolved! I am continually placed on hold and forwarded. Here is the kicker, I work for a major hospital in the area and will not recommend this company! Very poor service as one can see by their rating. Two months for a cpap machine!!!

If I could give zero I would! My full-time working 18 yr old Son has Asthma and though he hasn't had a bad time with it for a couple of years . 2 weekends ago he did. With the last treatment from  the nebulizer machine and abutorol solution. The machine started sputtering so i knew i needed to order another one.  I called the number on the machine. Was told I needed a script. So I had the doctor fax one in. He did. Then they say they need a preauthorization. This was last week. I waited for the call. Today I canceled my order and started fresh with OSF Medical supplies. Fingers crossed my Son doesn't need his machine again till we get this in our hands. I just can not believe the incompetence from these barely speaking English people in the customer service.  Makes me wonder also if they try to piss you off to get your medical information. The number is traced to the Phillipines according to my Mr Number App. People on there said they were a scam so also now gotta worry about THAT! THANKS FOR NOTHING APRIA!!!

Waited on hold for 12 mins just to talk to someone. Could not understand the woman's accent. She could not understand me.
Always like this whenever I have to deal with them in Machesney Park, IL!!
