Made an appointment for someone to come an look at my backyard a month ago. They called today to confirm my appointment. I told them my wife would be there (she took off work) for the appointment. The receptionist told me that they WILL NOT come out unless I was there (sexist!?) I told them I travel for work and was never told that both of us had to be there. The owner then calls me (cussing several times) and tells me how to fix the problem even though he's never seen it. I called for someone to look at my yard, not tell me over the phone! Don't waste your time, especially if you're female...they won't come! This company is very unprofessional and complete garbage!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service! I highly recommend this company! After many years of water problems in our basement with several attempts at having it fixed, we contacted Aquaproof. Danny Manley from AquaProof came out, looked at our basement/yard, explained in detail what the problems were, how they were going to fix the problems, and gave us a very affordable estimate. His crews showed up promptly at 9am and began their day. They explained to us exactly what they were going to do throughout the day as well as how they were going to minimize any mess throughout the job. They laid plastic throughout my home in any area they would come in contact with during the job. His crews were very professional, experienced, hardworking, and had wonderful communication throughout the entire job. I knew exactly what was going on the entire time, the length of time they would be here, and they cleaned up after themselves extremely well! We now have a basement that is no longer leaking and dry that I can build a photography studio in!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to others. They went above and beyond and that is what makes a GREAT, HONEST company!!

If you have water problems in your basement, I would highly recommend using AquaProof Inc.  They are a honest and trust worthy company.  AquaProof has done multiply jobs at LifeChurch West Chester and they are always completed with excellence.  Their employees are polite and professional.  Great service!

We had problems with water getting in our basement. Danny arrived and suggested the best solution to solve our problem at a fair price. The team attacked the job and resolved all issues in two days. The team also took care working around various plants trees and bushes. Special thanks for that kept wife happy!!! Would definitely use Danny and his team in the future if needed.
