I bought 3 doors and paid over $10000.00 3 years ago. None of the doors were plumb or square. I called service and they sent a tech out to fix it. I am converting my garage to a family room and have to remove the door for to accommodate the new flooring. The hinges have a ball bearing ( that’s actually good) so I had to unscrew the door from the frame at the hinge. As you can see instead of making the frame the square the re drilled the hinges. You can see from the pictures I put here I put a square to the frame and I also took pictures of where they redrilled the hinge. I will reinstall myself because they are 4 weeks behind on service work. 
I would be happy for them to send any of their installers to my home so I can show them how to properly install a door

We have had champion do several jobs at our house, siding, windows, sliding doors etc. We spent a great deal of money with them. We’ve learned our lesson. If you need to talk to anyone in any dept. but sales , good luck. They do not return calls in a reasonable amount of time and when you do get through the give you the run around. Quick to sell, slow to help.  Take heed.

WATCH OUT – Poor quality and lousy customer service at CHAMPION WINDOWS of Cincinnati!
Be aware: Champion windows have a quality issue – and Champion is unable to fix it. In 2004 we had a full set of new windows installed by Champion of Cincinnati. The windows were nice at first, but they did not last long. In 2008 the first 3 windows had broken seals and needed to be replaced. In 2013 another 19 windows were replaced for the same reason. The seals were broken and the windows started fogging up between the dual glass panes. On cold days we had frost patterns between the window panes. We were told by Champion that the “old style” seal had issues but that the new replacements should be much better and last for a long time. This is not true! In 2018 we have 5 more windows fogging up including some that were replaced in 2008 and in 2013. Champion does not know how to make a properly sealed window. 
Unfortunately the story was getting worse: When we called customer service they told us that the windows cannot be replaced under the lifetime warranty that the windows were procured. Champion had honored the warranty and replaced the windows for free in 2008 and 2013. In 2018 they changed their mind citing that the warranty is under the name of our builder – not under our names...and that despite it being a lifetime warranty it is not transferrable.  We explained that we lived in the house since 2004 when the windows were installed and asked why they stopped honoring a warranty that they had honored before. We are still waiting for an explanation. They know that they have sold defective windows and they know that they are unable to fix the issue for good. Their lifetime warranty promise of “No charge for any seal failure for unlimited occurrences” is simply a lie. 
I will never buy a window from Champion again.

Deplorable customer service. Sales manager came to our home in March of last year and we ordered a slider for our patio with interior blinds.  Finally, after 11 months we have a door with blinds that function.  They do not work as well as we were lead to believe they would but at this point I am sick of Champion.  We used them for our whole house windows as well but, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM to anyone.  Any time we contacted them we got the run around.  They stated they would look into my concerns and return my calls.  
Never happened.

We love our new windows. Our sales person is great and the installation guys were on top of the job. Working on a few windows at a time and look forward to working with the team at Champion Windows again.
