BUYER BEWARE... Owner RUSSELL will rip you off, tell you he is going to fix HIS mistakes, just to sell USED JUNK and then finally shows up WEEKS LATE! Spent $1700 on an aquarium 5 MONTHS AGO! Still waiting for fish, and necessary equipment! Just close your doors - it would be an improvement. OH and NEVER TRUST HIM with your equipment or tanks you'll never see your equipment or fish again... Crook.

I don't know when's the last time any one has been here but it is absolutely horrible...There livestock selection is always scarce. Their aquarium water is always cloudy, no matter when you go in. Even the saltwater they sell you is cloudy with some type of fine particles in it. I bought water from another store and compared to confirm it. Staff is pretty cool but again, the presentation/appearance of this location is not good on the inside. I'm just waiting to drive by and see a "Permanently Closed" signed in the window. It seems like they're going out of business from the way things seem on the inside.

Great customer service.  Friendly and knowledgeable.  Russ knows his stuff and stands behind his sales and service. Competitive pricing, helpful staff, A1 customer service. Their new store location south/west corner of Gaylord  & Preston is looking good.  I purchased a 110 gallon marine tank, stand, canopy, sump, pump, skimmer, lights, powerheads and in home setup. This is my first salt water setup and Russ walked me through the entire salt water process. When I have questions or concerns, he steers me in the right direction with options so that I can make informed decisions. I am very pleased with my purchase and service. If I need him to check on things while I am out of town, I can count on him to check on my tank and address anything and everything that needs attention.

To be honest russ has quite a bit of information to help but the biggest issue is the stock they pretty much has nothing i was so happy i found a store to go to near me but every time I visit this store find nothing drive back to Carrollton just a little advice for u Ross stock this place please so we come back to you as you see from the reviews 90% of your customers are not going back because of the poverty of your stock.

First time in the store. Not my last. Russ introduced himself right away and helped me find the perfect piece of coral. An excellent addition to my aquarium.
