This place has great customer service. You can buy fish, birds, lizards, snakes, rats, hamsters, and even cats and dogs on most weekends! Here you can also find food and toys for your new pets, or ones you already have! And don't forget about the little homes for the smaller animals, because they have that there to! I got my cat from petsmart about 8 years ago and we've been loyal to them since.

The store is pretty decent, well setup and employees for the most part polite and helpful.  This review is specific to today March 25th because all Petsmart stores were having the opportunity to have picture of pet taken with the Easter bunny.  I went in earlier and bought a little sweater/hoodie specifically for this event - and asked the clerk until what time they would have the bunny available for photos.  She told me until 4pm.  

As such I went home, got ready and also my wife got dressed and ready.  We arrived back at the store at 3:15pm - but no Easter Bunny.  I asked one of the employees (a different one) what happened and was only told that the guy had to go.  No apology offered or any attempt to make it right.  The store was not unusually busy so it wasn't like the employee was so busy they couldn't at least be a bit more empathetic.  We didn't want to get "free" stuff or anything for the mishap but showing a bit more empathy would have made for a better experience.  Even though this store is much closer to my home, probably will not return to this store as the store in Allen, TX provides extremely good customer service always.

Best hotel in the area. Staff at the hotel is wonderful and super friendly. We always take our dogs here for day camp and boarding. They are a very busy location, the busiest in the area so be sure to make reservations for your little pooch.

The staff at the Pets Hotel is awesome. We take our dog there twice a week for play group and she loves it.

I visited recently and had no less than 3 people ask me if I needed help. That does not always happen at a busy place like petsmart. This place is clean and had everything I was looking for.
