They charge way too much for what they have to offer. This is a VERY small aquarium. Basically it is one circular room, 2 floors, but the entire middle is just a huge tank with 3 or 4 sea lions in it. I have been to the aquariums in Virginia and North Carolina, which are both huge compared to this, much nicer facilities with many more species on display. Not to mention, those aquariums are actually cheaper, because they don't charge an additional fee for parking. Makes this place seem like a total ripoff. The fish looked okay, but some of the animals don't seem to be well taken care of. Two of the seals seemed to be sick/injured and the penguin cage was EXTREMELY dirty. They don't have any otters, sea turtles, crabs, or jelly fish. There was a picture of an octopus on the window, but they don't have an octopus (no squid either) . Two tiny sharks, but no snakes, alligators, crocodiles, etc. I would never go here again. I was really disappointed. They had multiple "NO REFUNDS" signs on the way in... I think a lot of people have asked for their money back. I would recommend going to the Buffalo Zoo instead, it's a much better value for your money!!!

Very nice.but small. The one show we seen was good. They do explain some stuff during the show and in between shows. Easy to get to from bridge. Is under construction right now. Kids love it. No seating for shows.

A nice place to bring the children. A smaller, older facility currently under renovation. Be aware strollers will have to be carried up and down steps and also that it is not wheelchair accessible. There are a small number of exhibits but I thought they were nice. The seals are outside they are really delightful. Pickles was our favorite. The sea lion show was also very good. I didn't like using the outside bathroom. The steps were difficult and it needed some cleaning. The price was a little much given that parking was extra. However, despite all the wear and tear on the building...it is clear the animals are well cared for and loved. That really does my heart good. I like forward to the renovations being done.

Had a great time there this week. All the staff were very friendly and professional. We did the Humboldt penguin experience with Opus, and Dan and Ben were terrific guides. Well worth the cost. We'll be back soon for the seal experience too!

I give a 4, not based on the exhibits, but on the goals, works, and heart of those involved with the aquarium. The exhibits as a whole are limited, but it (the aquarium management) is currently working to enlarge the habiyats. Additionally rescue and education is at the heart of the efforts. On an upbeat note - the sea lion show is wonderful. These folks have earned my business. All the in their work.
