Our room was spotless, bed comfortable, and wonderful shower! Every employee we  came into  intact with at Seneca was so very nice and accommodating. The food and service at 3 sister's cafe was great. We also ate at THE buffet of which was excellent also. The casino was fun with lots of slots to pick from, my husband and I won a total of 4 jackpots of 1200 to 1500 playing dollar slots. I know in a lot of reviews people speak of tight slots at Seneca but they certainly were not tight the 2 nights we played  because we saw others win too. All in all it was a fabulous stay all the way around and we will definitely return. And far as the smoking goes at Seneca, we are non smokers but it was tolerable for us. We really enjoyed Seneca!

This casino is huge.  Been there couple of times.  With the exception of border crossing hassle, it is a nice place to spend some time and enjoy the music.  They regularly have shows that are free.  If you want to just sit and watch a ball game, they have huge screens.  Having visited casinos this side of the border, Seneca is much more lively.  I get stressed as soon as I enter Casinos here in Canada.  Air is so depressing.  Maybe it is just me.  Oh...they also serve free drinks (alcohol)

It's bigger with NEW GAMES, and there so many different games to play. Today I ate at the hamburger restaurant,and I had the loaded french fries it had sour cream bacon jalapenos cheese it was delicious and it only cost $5 it was more than enough to eat for one person and I enjoyed it. But the best place for me to eat is at Three Sisters I love that restaurant they give you so much food. try the fish fry you will love it. PLEASE BELIEVE ME!

Great dinners at lacascasada. Got to enjoy one with our hostess Alexis. She is beyond exceptional. Center suite was great as stay for two nights. Really enjoy it and amenities . My only frustration was purchased gas grill in store which needed to be shipped. Bought two but needed to return one. I brought it back to be told it must be shipped back. It was large and heavy to carry. I was never told it must be shipped back. Manager asked  long time sales associate if she told customers and she stayed she wrote # on top but did not say what it was for. Associate I worked with never said anything . I told them I would just exchange it for gifts for veterans fundraiser I was chairing, but unable to do. I had to take home and call. Wouldn't have minded if I had been made aware as I have purchased many items in all your stores without problems. Other than this great weekend . Once again Alexis makes sure all needs are met. She is one big reason we continue to return. Sandra Dudley

Stayed overnight. Room was clean and furnished nicely. Floor of the casino itself was quite smokey...I spent most of my time in the Turtle Island area (small non-smoking area with slots) so at least I could breathe. Wish they would expand this option. Miss the self-serve drink stations they used to have. Enjoyed my stay overall.
