View view view!!!!!! The view made this dinning experience over the top. The food was great and fresh. Made a request to sub some veggies for the mashed potatoes and there was no hesitation from my server. The server was very nice and she appeared to be a seasoned veteran at her position but she did seem rushed at all times but was still able to provide a good service. Overall a top notch dinning experience and would have no problem returning to this location when I visit Santa Cruz.

Wow. I wanted to sit by the window to enjoy the ocean view and the staff was extremely inhospitable about it. I was told by the hostess, who was quite RUDE to us, that the tables by the window were "reserved" and i was forbidden!  I insisted, So they crammed us into a corner by the service station with a partial pier view, all the while the "reserved" tables sat empty as we dined for an hour and a half.   Customers shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable for requesting an ocean view table at an ocean view restaurant. The food was way over-priced for its marginal quality.  I advise to avoid this trap. The smoked turkey legs on the boardwalk is a much better option.

2017 Dinner: The restaurant week menu was on the unimpressive side.  Not nearly as appetizing as prior years, though the desserts were still pretty solid.  I'd have to try the individual items again to compare quality with other experiences, but the menu is pretty inconsistent.

Still a great view, but food just ok for the most part.  Some exceptional dishes to be found, but you'll have to hunt for them.

Went for Santa Cruz restaurant week. Pre-fixed menu was delicious. Perfect sizes and great flavors.

We had the best fish tacos and refreshing grapefruit juice here. Also loved the fun view, looking out over the ocean.. it looks like a Gray Malin photograph!
