Worst service I have got in all pet shops I have been to in my life. Everything is overpriced and very unreasonable execution of guarantee policy (even when it sound good they make it difficult stressful and horrible for you). Avoid all you could. I would go with slither swim and worldwide fish and pets close to new haven any day. Do yourself a favor and do a search on amazon before buying anything in this shop. It’s twice if not three time more expensive. 

Premium price with bad service. Rude service tolerated by unhelpful owner. Would avoid.

I really enjoyed this store! It is well stocked with everything I needed and the customer service was awesome! It's often difficult to find people who won't try to sell you everything and squeeze you for your every penny, but the employees here were really honest about what I needed for my 10 gallon fish tank and didn't over sell me on anything. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any more than what I actually needed and they went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. Also, the fish in the store all looked healthy and well taken care of. I can't stomach pet stores that don't care well for their animals. Definitely will be returning.

Great service and variety. The helpful and friendly staff were both great pointers and fun to talk to. I got just what I needed and a little more. The fish there were much less crowded and diseased, compared to Petco fish. The only con is that the decorations were a tad pricy, but everything else was reasonable. Definitely consider shopping here, and if not, looking around is just as enjoyable.

Good store for an off beat supply but the salt water live stock always is more then I would pay at any other store. They normally also have an impressive selection of fresh water fish on hand.

After driving 65 miles to get to this store, I go in, am not greeted by either of the 2 sales associates, on male, one female with pink hair. I walk around the fresh water tanks, then pass by the counter where the 2 sales associates are still talking to each other,  then I walk around the salt water area, where another sales person is busy putting a fish order away. None of them asked me if I needed help. You have a very nice store, but your hired help is awful.
