Everyone was really nice and helpful except for one specific manager. I don’t know her name but she was older, maybe in her 40s, brown hair, like 5’4” and the most unhelpful, attitude welding person there. We bought a snake today and we bought this little log with holes for our new snake to explore. We bought it in the reptile section, in fact, it was called a reptile exhibit, so you’d imagine it would be fine for snakes. Well he got stuck in it so we brought him to the store so we could get him out without hurting him. We successfully got him out and I wanted to exchange that for something without holes so that didn’t happen again. The lady told us we couldn’t exchange it because we were ignorant on the fact that it was for an aquarium. We proceeded to show her on the receipt that it’s for reptiles and if they knew it wasn’t appropriate for reptiles why are they being sold as a reptile exhibit? She argued with us for a solid 10 minutes saying that they didn’t “sell” us that and it wasn’t in our basket when we got him (it was blatantly sitting on the top for the decorations out last). Finally she offered store credit and I said “that’s exactly what we wanted to begin with.”

Myself and family will not be returning. Manager of store, would not honor a refund less than 24 hours after purchase. Was enticed to buy the the wrong product for bearded Dragon by their "experts". I understand mistakes are made, but Manager would not allow return or exchange. Multi Billion Dollar company, refusing to exchange $35 headlamp. Sad, most of the employees are very kind and nice.

BEWARE! My wife made an appointment for both of our dogs today to be groomed. When we arrived we were told there would be an additional 3 hour wait. What is the point of an appointment if it means nothing. Then we were offered a bump to the head of the line option which would only increase our bill by $7 for each dog. We agreed to the additional amount since we did not want to leave our dogs with them for the additional hours. Once the dogs were finished we received our bill. Each dog was charged $11 instead of the $7 which we were told. When we questioned the additional charge she said sorry I miss quoted you. At this point we walked out of the grooming area and asked to speak with the manager. No one ever came.

Could not find a cat groomer so I seen pet smart grooms cats... I am so happy we bought our Maine Coon Cat there....! We are so pleased with the groomers there... They get 6 stars from me.
