This is the worst company i have ever seen. I did not know it could even get this bad. It's phone line is a bunch of advertising robots followed by"we have changed our number" the knew number is more advertising robots followed by a useless address finder. It is like there are no human beings to be found at this company. All i want to do is file a claim with one of their insured drivers, and its like i need a miracle to accomplish such a simple task. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN.

We own four properties in Westfield, Ma. Each is insured with Arbella. During the hurricane of August 27 one of the properties was damaged by a falling tree. I was told to have the tree removed and submit the invoice for prompt payment. No funds yet (Oct 14). The adjust took two weeks to get there and was over an hour late for the appointment and did not call. Initially an auto adjuster was assigned the case. There were also two claims opened by mistake. My agent got that straightened out with many calls. Now I have a home adjuster assigned to the case, but he doesn't return calls. Two weeks ago we did get a check for the damages made out to the wrong mortgage company even though we informed the adjuster of the correct company. We have not been re-issued a replacement check yet. ARBELLA DOES NOT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISE.
