The Arbor House was the perfect retreat! Jen and Dave were wonderful hosts! We wanted to see the Botticelli exhibit at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston but did not want to stay in Boston. Marblehead was close enough to enjoy the exhibit and then come back to a peaceful sanctuary. Jen prepared the most scrumptious breakfasts for us. Homemade yogurt and jams, fresh fruit and incredible baked goodies! The room was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable with little details you normally would not expect, lots of extra pillows and even a night light in the bathroom! We enjoyed having our breakfast in the very private back sitting area, hugged by the bamboo which encircled us. It was delightful to come back in the evening to sparkling lights decorating the front of the house and solar lanterns dangling from the trees. Our three night stay was wonderful, but not long enough. We will definitely be back! Thank you Jen and Dave!!

Truly a delightful retreat! Super quiet and private, wonderfully comfortable bedding, and superb homemade organic treats. Splendid choice for lodging while exploring Marblehead and surrounding area. Thank you so much for ALL that you did to make it a most excellent "refueling spot" for both body and soul!

What a great place to stay. We felt right at home and the homemade food was spectacular! Can't recommend this place enough.

A peaceful retreat in a beautiful neighborhood. Delightful linens, pillows and amenities... and the hosts are a joy to visit too.
