Stayed on the 3rd floor while working down in Boston. Lovely continental breakfast served every morning. Well appointed rooms with small kitchenettes and living rooms. Me and my crew loved it.

Fantastic experience after a 3 night stay on the Fourth of July. The whole staff was unbelievably helpful and accommodating and the Inn itself is gorgeous. 

The location is unbeatable and the Inn & premise is beyond beautiful. 

I recommend this spot to anyone and everyone!

BEWARE!   I booked my reservation on the inn website for one night .Paid with American exp card thank goodness.   Specifically booked a room with a patio and my confirmation stated as such.  Arrived early and was told by the manager room was given to another guest for so many reasons that it made me wonder if she was being honest.   She said she was giving us a room of the same value,which it was not! She added she would give us a discount for a future stay and we wouldn't want to stay in that room anyway because she would be in the kitchen at four in the morning , there was construction going on outside, etc.   All excuses for giving our room to someone else!   Turns out room was booked for two nights and she shoved us in another dark room with little ventilation so she could maximize her profit.   Unprofessional as far as I'm concerned.   During breakfast she reminded us rudely that there were people still sleeping and we could eat outside!   It was 730 by then and both of us are wearing soft sole shoes but in these old homes the floors make more noise than the people.  When checking out I retrieved my original confirmation which showed the room I originally booked and requested a credit of some sort for our room being given to someone else.  Again this rude and dishonest manager tried to blame me for booking online!!!   I was outraged but kept my composure .  She then told me she had credited me the full rate and if I didn't want to return in the future I certainly didn't have to!!!    So of course I will not but I will give this inn my honest review and say Guests BEWARE!      Food was good as long as u don't make any noise eating it and room 3 was ok dark and little ventilation.   Light in bathroom is on a timer so be careful because it turns off after timer runs out and u could be in the dark while showering!!!    No kidding because timer is outside in bedroom not in bathroom!!!
