Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Actually the food was very tasty. However be sure to ask what's on each sandwich before you place your order and buy it. Menu does not tell you. I ordered the beef and cheddar, which I like to put Horsey Sauce on, but they also had this real sweet sweet sweet red sauce that came on the on the sandwich. It was not stated on the menu, that it came with sauce. The manager at this location sort of argued with me and said well yes it does sir, but I pointed out nicely that it does not say that on the menu board. Then she pointed at the picture on the menu board she said, you can look right there at the menu board on the bottom of the bun , there on the outside of the rim of the bottom bun, you can see a little bit of red that's your sauce. I got my new beef and Cheddar's at no charge of course. I'm placing a call to corporate and tell him to change their signs and if everybody else would do so and call Arby's corporate and ask them to be sure to include all ingredients lists that are on the sandwich, on the menu board or separately.

Lately, service at Crossville Arby’s has been going downhill. Had a kitchen worker explode with expletives a couple weeks ago and they always seem disorganized and frenzied. The only ray of sunshine in this chaos is a girl there, I believe is named Whitney. She is always friendly, organized and willing to jump in and help wherever needed. It’s also nice to hear someone in management giving continuous pep talks and compliments to the hard working kitchen staff. There is also a new cashier, Lucas I think, who is adorable and trying so hard to be excellent at his job. He has a lot of potential and under Whitney’s training will excel in the service industry. Arby’s needs a lot more employees like these two and a lot fewer immature, bickering children.

Its ok but not great. The people are sometimes nice just depends on what shift is working. Its not the place to go to get a quick bite to eat though if you plan to go here and eat you need to plan to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes every time that's if you go in and longer if you go to the drive thru.

Decent food, fast service. I brought my Granny that just had knee surgery in for her first outing. As we walked in, i noticed the floor was super greasy and slippery. I myself had to be super careful not to fall while holding my baby and the door for her as she came in with her walker.

The food was horribly prepared. The manager (i believe her name was whitney) could not have more ill suited for the job. She obviously does not have the experience, maturity, or skills needed to run a crew or manage a business. She must have been absent the day they taught on customer service and public relations. Hard to believe she qualified for the job with such a bad attitude. The only positive thing i can say was the gentleman working the register (his name was Chris) went above and beyond to try to turn a horrible dining experience into a tolerable one.. I dont understand how a company can justify her being a manager and him a cashier. They have it completely wrong in that restaurant. Get it together ARBY's!!!
