They never give me my ketchup I ask for, even when they ask me first and I clearly tell them ketchup. I always have to ask twice for it at the window. Service is ok I guess for most places. They are quite slow sometimes even when there's only a few people. Sometimes it's ok. I think they only deserve 2 stars but I might be pushing it.

Clean place and friendly staff. Food is good and you dont have to wait forever to get it.

Fly infested. I literally swatted away flies the entire time I was there. I counted 10 near the counter and almost 10 more around our table. WTH. No need in listing my other complaints.

Order was wrong, no cheese on cheeseburger, 1 pickle and small ring of onion. Cold burger, but I got over that. One bite of the cold stale fries was too much. Watched for fresh fries - the guy in the back goes from dirty dishes to raw burger patties, gets a "clean" pair of tongs and the fry basket. I'm OUT! Got my money back and left. Yuck!
