Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Was O.K. but probably won't be back. The service was a bit slow and my chicken sandwich looked like it was "thrown" together. I've noticed a decline in the quality of service and the friendly greetings and attitude seem missing from staff. It's almost as if I'm imposing on them for a food order. Been to this store over the years and it is slowly degrading. I did not ring the bell as I left nor did any of the other patrons as they exited. That says something! Are they listening?

The worst shake I’ve ever had. And I’m not being melodramatic. You can taste the hard water that was used as well as this plastic chemical type taste. Maybe it’s artificial sweetener. Whatever the case, about the grosses $4+ I’ve ever had. Huge disappointment. I drove over to fredmeyers and recycled them. Egregious.

Line of customers demanding refunds because of 30 - 40 minute wait times and orders given out wrong. Manager said she had only been at this location a week and said she's requesting to go back to her old store. Manager began pointing at employees and saying they showed up late, not doing there jobs and that the old manager must not have been strict enough. Manager began directing employees, told girl bagging food to go take orders, girl threw half full bag of food down hard on the counter, smashing what turned out to be my lunch. It was a circus and I agree that employees need to show up on time and do their jobs but I thought it was unprofessional for the manager to point out said employees to a lobby full of customers. This was my first time at this location, might be my last.

Been here several times before, and in the last two weeks, visited three times and had issues with the order every time (missed or wrongly made items). Historically, this has been much more solid. But after 15 minutes on a 7 item order - we're giving Arby's a break for a bit.

I wish the items included in the promo shown on the window cling would have been posted somewhere within the restaurant. Upon inquiry though, the cashier did know all of the included items off the top of her head! That was pretty impressive. Food was fresh, hot & delicious!
