By far the greatest experience at an Arby's ever. The line was long but I really wanted a double roast beef and still had to get to work. I ordered anyway and the service was exceptionally wonderful for how busy it was everyone was calm and focused the young man that took my order knew it was a simple order and quickly got it out to me before I could even blink I'll be back this week with the entire family !!  Parking: Plenty of parking easy access to the door

Arby's is always a great food choice. They are absolutely correct. They have the meats. I like the meat selection way better than subway. They down side to this location is truck parking. Always has been. Corporate should have noticed day one that the parking was insufficient and fixed the problem but hasn't done a thing to fix ot yet. Just collecting money, getting rich. Who cares if the parking lot is over crowded and full of pot holes? Buy some of that adjacent land!

Friendly staff at this Arby's. The food was nice and hot served. They made a mistake on my order but was quickly taken care of... You will also have a great dining experience here at Minook, Illinois Arby's.<b>Food</b>: 5/5

What happend to calling back to drop fresh food? cold Jalapeno popers are not good. Fast and effective to get customers out. Not so good for them coming back.

So I went into this place and ordered a Reuben..... A Reuben certainly does not consist of fish! I call and all I get is I must return for them to fix it.  I drive a freaking tractor! Who knows the next time ill make or there! Always check your food!!

Hours open are never correct! They change them constantly without updating online profile. It's irritating driving all the way there to be let down.

Restaurant is filthy.  Tables and counter tops need to wiped.  Floor needs to be swept and mopped.   Carpet in front of the soda machine is gross.  Fries had too much salt.  Skip this one.  There's better run Arby's franchises out there.

Good food but not great atmosphere but it is a truck stop so<b>Food</b>: 4/5

Ordered 4 beef and cheddar on sesame seed buns with no red sauce, even explained order to front manager as she questioned me about it. All 4 came on onion topped buns as seen in photos. I'm allergic to onions heme the request for sesame seed buns!
